Anola Naidoo
Anola Naidoo has a B Com (Law), LLB, B Com (Hons) in Strategic Management which she obtained at the University of Johannesburg and a Masters in Commercial and Business Law that she obtained at the University of Witwatersrand. She is a member of the South African Institute of Intellectual Property Law, Black Lawyers Association and Association of Competition Law Practitioners.
Anola has experience in Commercial and Business Law, particularly in Consumer Law, Data Privacy Information Law and Electronic Communications and Transactions with expertise in Promotional Competitions, Social Media and Cyber law.
Anola has presented across the country on the legal consequences of using Social Media and having recently completed her thesis on the legal risks of the internet of things processing personal information is skilled at assisting clients with all aspects of the law when operating in the digital age.
