Rachelle Hare
Rachelle is a practicing commercial lawyer and 20-year expert in construction and corporate law, major projects, contracts, risk, compliance, governance, procurement and precedent development. She is the founder and Managing Director of Blaze Legal, a boutique law firm in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. She is also the Co-Founder and Director of Blaze Business, a linked management and business consultancy firm. In addition to her legal practice and work with her business clients, Rachelle specialises in drafting or overhauling the precedent database for law firms, training legal staff worldwide in legal skills and professional and personal development skills, and leading change management programs for law firms (particularly to align their culture with the future direction of the law firm and help law firms retain their lawyers and staff).
