Gide advises a big health and provident insurance company on its acquisition of CGRM
Gide has advised the health and provident insurance wholesaler SPVIE Assurances on its acquisition of CGRM, a subsidiary of Gras Savoye Willis Towers Watson that specialises in the management of complementary health insurance.
Gide's team advising SPVIE Assurances comprised partner Axelle Toulemonde, working with associates Donald Davy and Sophie Gilbert on corporate/M&A aspects, and partner Laurent Modave and counsel Brian Martin on tax aspects.
Herbert Smith Freehills advised Gras Savoye Willis Towers Watson, with a team headed by partner Frédéric Bouvet, working with of counsel Cyril Boulignat and associate Martin Dijos on corporate aspects, partner Bruno Knadjian and associate Sylvain Piémont on tax aspects, partner Emma Rohsler and associate Johanna Degraeve on employment law, and partner Alexandra Neri on aspects of intellectual property.
