Gide advises Venture Capital firm 360 Capital on structuring its fifth fund
Leading international law firm Gide Loyrette Nouel acted as counsel to Venture Capital firm 360 Capital on structuring Capital Fund V, which is dedicated to breakthrough innovations and available in France, Italy and Spain, as announced in a press release of Gide on May 19th, 2020.
The initial closing of the fund raised 90 million euros, which will be used to support future champions and to finance the post-crisis innovation cycle. As with its previous operations, the fund will be focusing on innovations and breakthrough technology. Fundraising will continue to reach the 150 million euros target by the end of the year. Gide represented 360 Capital in the structuring of Capital Fund V, with the advice of counsel Rima Maîtrehenry and associate Kikoun Landry Coulibaly.
