"I have every confidence that our TMT/IP practice will continue to thrive under Julia’s leadership, as we continue to help clients maximise opportunities and navigate threats in this increasingly interconnected, dynamic and demanding world."
Schönbohm has been involved in transactions with proven complexity, most notably with global pharmaceutical companies in the United States and Germany, as well as the German Ministry of Health and U.S. chemical companies.
Through this latest appointment, Linklaters reflects its commitment to diversity in its offices, reporting that 33% and 37% of new partner appointments were women in 2019 and 2018, respectively. In turn, the firm counts 42% of women on its Executive Committee and 36% within its Director Group.
